The Tbilisi is a three-carbody-section, for-axle, uni-directional, high-floor tram developed by Tbilisi’s tram & troleybus comision. The design was introduced in 1959, and the first 4 car was completed in 1960. These trams was completed in Tbilisi’s tram repairing works. 

Construction

The Tbilisi is non unific tram and he has two fixed bogies. Base bogies is 220 sm (PCC standard bogies_190 sm). The middle section is hanging of the neighbouring sections and jointed through rotatable capsules.
